P1-01 : THRILLER PROJECT 2007/8

I have now uploades all my footage from Tuesday and started plaing arround with it in Final Cut to make a good abstract title sequence i have also added some titles such as "Directe By Will Fisher" also added in some transitions for added affects. Tommorow i am going to do some more filming in my free period.

Will

I did my filming on Tuesday 26th. As i am on my own now i will not have time to do what we planned to do in the first place. I am going to try to do an abstrack title sequence instead and use my photography skills to help me. I am also going to try to make a strong creepy sound track to go with the abstract title sequence i think that the music will play a strong part in the sequence.

Idea:
  • leaves blowing in the wind
  • rippleing puddle close up of a persons feet as they walk
  • close up of evil eyes
  • wierd lighting
  • mabe use the day to night filter

We planned and aranged to do our filming in the first part in half term but rob for got to collect the camera so i aranged with Pete our teacher to pick up the camera on Wednesday (half term) i collected the camera but didnt manage to get hold of my group meaning i wouldnt be able to do the filming.

I have made a name and advert for the production company we are going to say that made our film

Opening Sequence for 'Se7en'

This video is of a title sequence from the movie 'Se7en'. I think this particular title sequence is really effective as it leads you in to what awaits you in the film. The actual writing itself is quite scary which fits the film as it seems to have been scratched on to the screen. The little clips in between the writing shows the murderer or suspect planning out his plots which again leads you in to what type of film it's going to be.
